Every time the efficiency and the fast delivery of my package was perfect. I even sent an armchair and their packing was so good it arrived without damage. THEY ARE THE BEST in Greece. If you like to play russian roulette with important packages try another company based in Greece and enjoy the hassle. Efficient and very polite staff at the call center. Very professional and polite pick up driver called me (I had my mobile off) until he reached me and passed a 2nd time to take the package, although he was at another part of the town.
