In case of a change or return/cancellation of a shipment the following points must be taken into account:
It is possible to make changes or request the cancellation/return of a shipping request, provided that it has been clearly requested via phone at +30 27210-22266 or +30 210-3424808 (Monday to Friday – 9.00 am to 2.00 pm)
CHANGE (Dimensions, weight, destination, economy or express shipping)
Any change requests can be handled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick up date and after the appropriate extra fees have been payed upon, that have resulted from the differentiated volume/weight.
If however the change resulted in a lower charge/fee from the original offer, the remaining difference of shipping fees will be returned to the consignee.
Please note that any banking/transactional fees that may result from the return of the shipping fee(s), will be charged on the payer’s side.
CANCELLATION
Any cancellation requests can be handled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick up date provided it has been clearly requested via email at info@spourgitis.gr.
