After the pick up stage of the shipping process has been completed, the volumetric and weighing procedure takes place which is calculated through mechanical/automated means of great precision (no human factor involved).
If there is a difference between the consigner-declared volume/weight and the mechanically measured, we will send you a notification of the difference via email and the appropriate difference in the shipping fee(s).
Our company upholds the right to receive payment (from the consigner or the consignee) for any difference that may occur at the shipping fees due to above process, up to 20 days even after delivery of the shipment.
Any failure of payment after that, will result in the company using any legal means necessary to ensure the appropriate fee collection, with the cost of the legal process burdening either the consignor or the consignee.
